"I never
thought about figuring out what it costs me
vs. hiring someone," Goldsmith says.
"I can do administration, but it would
take me a whole day. I earn $100 to $200 an
hour. It's stupid for me to do things that
someone who gets $30 to $35 an hour can do
better."
